Trajectus Spain Return Policy

At Trajectus Spain we want you to have an excellent shopping experience. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below.

1. Return Period

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

  • Product Condition : Items must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
  • Products Exempt from Return :
    • Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines.
    • Intimate or sanitary products.
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
    • Gift cards.
    • Downloadable software products.
    • Some health and personal care items.

3. Process for Making a Return

  • To process the return, we need you to present a receipt or proof of purchase .

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will automatically be processed back to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account first and contact your credit card issuer or bank, as processing times may vary.
  • If you have already completed these steps and have not yet received your refund, please write to us at info@trajectus.es .

5. Items on Sale

  • Only items purchased at regular price may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

6. Product Changes

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info @trajectus .es and send the item to our returns address.

7. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, we'll send you a gift certificate.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the original purchaser, we will issue a refund to the person who made the purchase.

  • Shipping Costs : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If the refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

  • Shipping Recommendation : If you are returning an item worth more than €75, we suggest using a trackable or insured shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without these measures.
